Aurora
Aurora Aksnes was born on 15 June 1996 in Stavanger Norway. Professionally known as Aurora and sometimes stylized with uppercase letters in the form of AURORA. Her debut E.P. Running with the Wolves is an album released in May 2015 by Decca Records. It has received a lot of praise from music press and bloggers. Half the World Away, by the Oasis group for John Lewis Christmas advertisements and Nature Boy by Nat King Cole are among her best-known songs. Her name was also recognized from a post by Katy Perry where Perry endorsed her track Runaway. Celebrate her birthday. Aurora Aksnes first musical memory was finding a keyboard within her loft and being fascinated by its music. Jan Oystein Aksnes' parents May Britt Aksnes encouraged her to make music as a means of development of her own, not to earn money or for to pursue an interest. For this reason she wrote her first original compositions. She credits renowned composers Leonard Cohen and Bob Dylan in her influences, along with a love for Bjork's style. When her mother told her that her songs would not just help her get noticed, and also inspire others to see their significance within the global community and see how they can benefit from her songs She decided to start performing publicly. She was suggested by her mother to be able to perform her music publicly in order so that people can see their own importance and how they can affect the world. It was not until she turned 14 when she shared her story with her parents. Aurora wasn't a childhood dream. According to her, she loves writing music.
